Food and Clothing Drive and Service Sunday @ Lewis Hall, Holy Cross School
Jan 5 @ 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

The Holy Cross Social Concerns Committee holds its Monthly Food & Clothing drive the weekend. Please bring non-perishable foods (within the “use by” or “sell by” date), clean in-season clothing in good repair, and small household items in working order to Lewis Hall after the 5 pm Mass on Saturday, and between 8:15 am and 11:30 am on Sunday.  Gift cards for local grocery stores are gratefully accepted in lieu of food.

Please label donated clothing bags (women’s medium, girl’s size 8, etc.).  This is a huge help in sorting the clothing.  When choosing what items to bring to support this project, please ask yourself “would I use this?”  The agencies we support and the archdiocese have asked us to make sure that our clothing donations are laundered, in season, and free of rips, tears, frays and stains.

The Social Concerns committee will be helping support service projects for Service Sunday for specific Religious Education grades during the Monthly Food and Clothing Drives
